Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy describes how Tansoft IT Services handles information when you visit this website, contact us about our services, or submit a careers inquiry. Additional terms may apply to services we provide under a separate agreement.

How website forms work

The homepage “Request an Infrastructure Audit” form is a visual placeholder and does not submit information. The contact page form prepares an email draft in your browser. The footer email-updates form sends the email address you enter to Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it to our configured inbox; submitting it does not automatically subscribe you to recurring emails. Careers applications are sent by you directly through your email provider. Do not include passwords, private keys, identity-document numbers, or other sensitive information.

1. Information we handle

Information you choose to provide. If you contact us using a contact method published on the website, we may receive your name, email address, organization, message, and any service or infrastructure details you decide to include. If you apply for a role or express interest in future work, we may also receive your resume, portfolio, work history, skills, location, and other details you choose to include. The footer email-updates form sends the email address you enter to Formspree for processing and forwarding to our configured inbox. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to recurring emails. Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card details, identity-document numbers, or other sensitive information.

Basic technical information. When a website is requested, the hosting provider and systems that deliver the site may process technical information such as IP address, request time, pages or files requested, browser and device details, and error or security logs. These records are generally generated as part of delivering and protecting a website. The specific records and retention periods depend on the providers and configuration in use.

Information from services we operate. If you become a client, the information handled while providing server, email, or infrastructure services will depend on the agreed scope. A separate service agreement and the client’s instructions may govern that processing. Client infrastructure data is not collected through this website’s inquiry form.

2. How information is used

Information may be used, as applicable, to respond to an inquiry, discuss or provide requested services, respond to a request about receiving updates, assess a job application or future-work expression of interest, maintain and secure the website, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting the footer form does not automatically place you on a mailing list or guarantee recurring emails. Applicant information is used for recruitment-related evaluation and communication, not as a guarantee of employment. Where privacy laws require a legal basis, that basis may depend on the circumstances, such as responding to your request, performing an agreement, complying with law, or pursuing a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.

3. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information collected through this website. Information may be available to hosting, infrastructure, website-delivery, form-processing (including Formspree), and email providers where needed to operate the site or communicate with you; to professional advisers or authorities when lawfully required; or to another party in connection with a business change, subject to applicable law. We aim to limit sharing to what is relevant for the stated purpose.

4. External resources and links

This website loads some resources from third parties, including Google Fonts, the Tailwind CSS CDN, the Lucide icon library hosted on unpkg, and certain externally hosted images or logos. The footer email-updates form also sends submissions to Formspree for processing. When your browser requests those resources or submits the form, the relevant provider may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, and the submitted email address. Those providers operate under their own privacy terms and may process data in locations determined by them. We do not control their systems or their privacy practices; consult the providers’ current policies for details.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Visiting those sites is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website’s current code does not configure an advertising or analytics tracking system, or intentionally set its own tracking cookies. Hosting providers, security services, or third-party resources may use their own technical mechanisms when delivering content; their use is governed by their terms and settings. Your browser can help you manage or delete cookies, though changing browser settings may affect how some websites work.

6. Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, evaluating applications where relevant, maintaining necessary records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements. Applicant information may be retained for consideration of future opportunities where appropriate; you may ask us to delete it by contacting us. Technical log retention is also affected by hosting and delivery providers. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure; please avoid sending secrets through general contact channels.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator.

To make a request, email contact@tansoftit.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the information involved before responding. Applicable law may limit or qualify these rights.

8. Children’s privacy

This website and its services are intended for businesses and adults, not for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.

9. Contact and policy updates

For questions about this policy or a privacy request, email contact@tansoftit.com. We may update this policy as the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this page was most recently revised.

This page provides general information about website privacy practices. It is not legal advice. The rules that apply can depend on your location, the services involved, and how information is actually processed.
